Viewport
The viewport page is what the patron sees by default on the left hand frame of the Chat service when they first access the service. There is an OK default page created by the QuestionPoint folks. We strongly encourage you to change your specific viewport. We have an excellent generic AskAway viewport to use that you can also edit to meet your library's specific needs. You can see our initial mockup attempts and encourage your feedback, at:

To see an example of an AskAway Viewport that has been enhanced with local branding, check out the Indianhead Federated Library System viewport at:

Using any viewport page that is not the default is simply a matter of entering the URL of the page into the correct QuestionPoint Admin area. To start the process first log on to QuestionPoint using your 9 didgit admin autho.
On the QuestionPoint Home page click on the Select Service drop down in the upper right corner and choose "Administration.
Then click on the Forms link in the Red menu bar.
That will reveal the Question/Viewport tab where you enter in the viewport URL of your choosing.
Remember to click the Save button. The initial home of a viewport web page can be located on any web server.
