Scripts

 

The scripts in QuestionPoint work for both chat and email work. There are multiple levels of scripts. Ones specific to your autho, your library, shared across Ask?Away libraries and finally URLs.

 

On the QuestionPoint Home page click on the Select Service drop down in the upper right corner and choose "Ask".

 

 

 

Then click on the "Settings" link in the Grey menu bar.

 

 

 

 

Then choose the scripts you want to add or edit from the Blue menu bar.

 

 

Then enter the script name and text in the form and click "Add", or click the "Edit" button next to the script you want and edit the form. Remember to then click "Save".
