Reports
QuestionPoint Reports is where you can view and export reports on all the virtual reference activities for your library. Including all patron questions answered by AskAway or non-AskAway librarians and all questions answered by AskAway librarians regardless of source. The reports that are made available to you is determined by the autho you used, either your 9 digit admin autho, or to your coverage librarians 6 digit authos. The reports are now cumulated in the all in the same spot on the QuestionPoint librarian web site. On the home page click on the Reports tab, then choose a button for the category of reports you want and then you can choose the specific report type.

There are still another kind of reports available in the Ask area. These are Review Transcripts and Service History

These are the very best reports to use, however they aren't kept in the system beyond several months, so you have to pull the reports yourself on a regular, say monthly basis, and do your own culminations. OCLC has been asked to make this more robust and they are working on it. In the meantime they have added a Offline report service. You create the report you want and schedule it to be run automatically. Then you go back and pick up the report after it's run. This can be found in Ask under Reports, the tab is Offline.
On the QuestionPoint Home page click on the Select Service drop down in the upper right corner and choose "Ask".
Then click on the Reportss link in the Grey menu bar.
The default report is all of your activity in reverse chronological order, the most recent listed first.
From the Reports page you can choose to slice and dice the results in many ways
One way to export reports at the bottom of the report page use the "Select Action" drop down. Use the check box to select all records and then choose your export type.
The report is then sent to your default autho email address.
