Fall 2007 PR Materials
On this page we've gathered together the materials that comprise the AskAway PR Kit to be used as part of a total kit to help AskAway libraries promote the virtual reference service to their patrons.
Freebies
Each of the paying library entities in the AskAway consortium gets one kit of items to use in their PR efforts. Library systems count as 2 library entities and recieved 2 kits. Additional promotional items can be ordered and paid for yourself from the suppliers listed below. Kits were sent to the Administrators as listed on the AskAway Coverage page. AskAway branded Kit contents include:

This is the Library Matters website from the Alliance library system in East Peoria, IL. The prices are quite reasonable and the web site extremely easy to use. Signage ideas
Holiday Flyer (Thanksgiving) to remind patrons they can get reference service even when the library is closed for the holiday
