Administrative Reports

 

On this page we've put together the cumulative reports on the AskAway service.  These are for the entire AskAway group, except South Central which generates it's own set of reports.  There is a total annual report for each of the years we've participated in one way or another in the QuestionPoint service.  But please carefully note that these overview administrative reports only count specifically AskAway patrons and AskAway librarians.  They for example do NOT count AskAway librarians answering non-AskAway patrons questions.  For a more complete picture, and specifically for your library consult the Reports page which details how to pull the full reports of all actively but need to be pulled monthly yourselves.  You'll note which category any of our statistics appears in changes over time to reflect which kind of QuestionPoint service we were using for that time period.  We'll try to post these PDFs in 6 month increments and hope you find them useful.
